Managing billing and insurance can be difficult, especially when you are in pain. At Hawk Ridge Family Chiropractor, we want to make the process as simple as possible, so you receive the care you need when you need it.

Before scheduling an appointment with us for treatment, please check the forms of insurance and payment we accept. Remember that even though we accept multiple insurance types, your personal coverage will depend on the type of plan you have. Always contact your insurance provider before scheduling treatment if you have questions about coverage.

Accepted Forms of Insurance

One of the most frustrating aspects of receiving any care is figuring out whether or not your insurance covers treatment. At Hawk Ridge Family Chiropractor, we are upfront about the insurance plans we take. At the moment, we accept the following:

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • United Health Care
  • Anthem
  • Medicare
  • Medicaid

We accept multiple forms of payment for copays and can work with you to help you figure out a payment plan if your insurance policy does not cover the treatment. The most common are credit cards and cash. Please speak with our front office staff to make an arrangement.


To reach and treat more people, we also accept payments made with CareCredit. CareCredit is essentially a healthcare credit card that allows you to pay off the entire cost of treatments. You then make payments on the card to cover your balance.

CareCredit is simple and easy to apply for. All you need to do is fill out the application on the website. You will receive an immediate response and can begin treatment once you have the information.
